Pre-Fill Contact Information from URL Parameters

Allow to populate the Booking form by getting parameters from the URL. This is useful for high-ticket sales funnels where you qualify candidates and then re-use their contact details in the LatePoint booking form on a redirect from a Form plugin like FluentForms. e.g. ?fname=Devyn&lname=Brugge&email=example@gmail.com&phone=5555555555 in the URL populates the LatePoint Customer Information details
