Manual Refund Feature

Please add a manual refund feature. Sometimes, payment gateways like Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe encounter issues when processing refunds via API, and these updates do not reflect in the order sale activity. By allowing manual refunds, we can create a minus sale activity and proceed with the refund through the gateway without worrying about whether it has been updated.
