Make either Email Address or Phone Number mandatory for Customer Fields/info

For local service providers such as hairdressers, their customers could be senior citizens or children that do not have email account. It would be better for customer to provide either Email Address or Phone Number (or Both) as their contact method. It's better for the business development. This feature can be added when "Use WordPress users as customers" is turned off in SETTINGS > Customer Settings > Authentication.
