Allow Agents to Set Their Time Zone

Currently, customers can change the timezone display while they are going through the booking form flow but agents cannot. For online appointments with agents and customers around the globe, proper timezone handling and supporting UI is essential. It would be nice if agents could also set their timezone display in the LatePoint UI. For example, when using the "Settings > Agent Schedule > Custom Schedule" they may be in a different timezone than the main wordpress site and they shouldn't be forced to do error prone math, worry about daylight savings, etc. when they are trying to show customers their availability. Another example is when agents are on the Appointments page, there are two date/time columns by default but no way to set the display to their local timezone. Agents are trying to provide professional services and missing a meeting due to a timezone issue like not knowing it just changed to daylight savings in the US is a real risk. The whole point of LatePoint is to handle these critical issues for us. One answer I got from support about this was that the google calendar feature shows the user's timezone. While this is true, that is really only when they're looking at their schedule, not when they are setting things up in the LatePoint UI. Many agents won't set up the google calendar feature and when they are setting up their schedules, i.e. if they want to their custom working hours or special day schedules, it is very inconvenient for them to not be able to set their own time zone. LatePoint is all about scheduling, and in a 24/7 global environment time zones not being fully supported seems like a significant gap.
